  • Abstract:  This Super Aero Flower Cooler’s 764g weight makes it worth about £3 if you were to melt it down, but you’re unlikely to want to do that because, in our opinion, this is a thing of beauty. It stands 142mm tall, so only the biggest of cases nee...

  • Well designed mounting bracket Low 40 degree temps for full load Easy to mount Comes with the fan controller Polished surface
  • Fan not protected Nonreplaceable fan
  • With the change from the Vizo Igloo over to the Zalman CNPS 9700 LED, I didnt change the fan setting on the motherboard right away from FULL on smart fan. When I first powered up the computer with the Zalman heat sink, I was thinking that the noise wa...

  • Zalman CNPS 9700 NT CoolerInstallation This Zalman cooler is cross compatible between Intels LGA 775 and AMDs sockets AM2 and K8. The two applications installations are different and have pros and cons associated with each. Intel first: Motherboar...

  • Easy Installation, Great cooling performance, Fan Mate 2 for adjustable fan speed, Blue LED fan, Does not obstruct anything on your motherboard, Unique design
  • NONE!
  • Once again Zalman has come out with a solid product. The design of the CNPS9700 LED is just great. The use of 3 heatpipes that actually dissipate heat effectively over 6 is really innovative. Also the 0.2mm heatsink fins makes the cooler lighter and a...

  • Abstract:  Its a real déjà vu. The difference between the new 110mm fan 9700 and the original 92mm fan 9500 cannot be told until they are side by side. Are they also twins in performance?

  • Abstract:  Around this time last year, we were able to get our hands on the predecessor to Zalman’s CNPS9700 LED CPU cooler—cleverly titled the CNPS9500. The blooming, copper-finned device not only rocked our socks off but also beautifully cooled them as they we...

  • Great cooling ability, Easy installation (sans removable of mobo), Thermal Paste applicator, Included fan controller,
  • You can cut yourself on this thing!, Pricey at ~$70
  • Efficient CPU cooling and good looks are two important factors when looking to purchase a new cooler. Luckily, the 9700LED accomplishes both of these goals well. Even with the mediocre CNPS8000 out of the picture, the 9700LED proved to have some very ...

  • Excellent performance and low noise at low speed, Flat and smooth base, FANMATE 2 allows fan and noise control, Motherboard removal not required on Athlon 64 platforms.
  • FANMATE 2 adds clutter to case and isnt very pretty to mount on your case, Very large cooler may not fit in some medium sized cases, Price is pretty steep for an aircooler.
  • When a company makes a good product, it can often be tempted to let things alone and just coast and enjoy the ride. Zalman is not one of those companies. They continue to push things farther, cooler and better with each generation of product. The C...

  • Silent, Well performing, Easy to install, Fan controller, Well packed
  • None this far Was anything left out?! , Discuss this in our forums
  • This has been an interesting review to do, I was wondering what they could actually improve from the older 9500 cooler and I have to say that they have improved it a bit. They have added support for more sockets and the cooler also performs a bit bette...
