  • Built like a tank, fast dual core processor, huge storage potential, and with optional drive bay, it is expandable, Diskmanager operating system keeps improving, quieter than the higher performance RS3411xs, Seasonic 500W power supply included,
  • no security locking system, significantly slower than the (more expensive) RS3411xs, Rating: 9.0, Pages: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7, Share, Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Stumbleupon, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tags news Review RS2211 RS2211+ review synology Synology Rackstat

  • Very scalable, 3.5in or 2.5in SATA disks, InfiniBand expansion unit, dual Gigabit LAN ports, easy to manage DSM operating system, redundant power option
  • Disks can't be locked in place, no support for SATA Rev 3 or USB 3.0, fans not hot-swappable
  • The Synology RS2211+ is affordable, flexible and offers plenty of storage potential, especially for the SMB market. ISCSI SAN support is a plus but the lack of 6Gbit/s SATA support could be an issue....
