  • Abstract:  越來越多的路跑活動如雨後春筍般的冒出來，一時之間慢跑繼自行車後，成了全民運動。本來慢跑就是門檻最低的運動，只要有雙慢跑鞋，找條好路徑就能開始。對於慢跑等運動來說，心率監控一直是評估運動強度的重要項目之一。像是GPS錶、自行車運動記錄設備，不少都有ANT+規格，可以配對心率帶來監控心跳數值。 但是傳統的心率帶使用起來真的不是很舒服，別說女性朋友因為身體曲線配戴比較不便，男性朋友長時間配戴也會因為動作摩擦而受傷，更別說那明顯的束縛感。因此新一代的運動錶很多就直接使用了光感應的技術，讓喜愛運動的朋友不再需要受...
