  • Inexpensive, Whisper-quiet switches, Great RGB options, Synapse 3 client integration,
  • Keys have a slightly mushy response with virtually no haptic feedback, Synapse 3 is still in beta
  • The Razer Cynosa Chroma is a versatile and inexpensive bare-bones entry-level gaming keyboard...

  • A good keyboard for the membrane market for gaming if that is what you want but for the price point it is a little on the expensive side...

  • RGB lighting, Soft-cushioned keys, Pleasant to type on, Gaming mode, On-the-fly macro recording, Affordably priced
  • Fairly basic design, Soft-cushioned keys, Not angled enough when feet fully extended, On-the-fly macro recording can be tricky
  • With its soft cushioned keys, the Razer Cynosa Chroma is definitely great for typing and general use. Personally, I prefer the more clicky mechanical keyboards for gaming but if you like a softer touch, the Razer Cynosa Chroma offers decent performance an...

  • N-key rollover, Sturdy plastic frame, Handsome design, User-defined period to turn backlighting off
  • Keys sit inside the chassis, Unfinished configuration software and intrusive registration requirements, No dedicated media keys
  • Razer's membrane keyboard offers handsome design and pretty lighting, but its price is steep and its software is a work in progress...

  • Gorgeous lighting, Programmable, Comfortable keycaps
  • Membrane keys, Software bugs
  • Ultimately, the Cynosa isn't so bad — it's just that we've already seen much better, from both Razer and other companies. I've explained before why membrane keys aren't worth the short-haul savings, and while the Cynosa is better than most membrane keyboa...

  • Affordable, Razer Synapse offers easy customization
  • Mesh-based keys
  • For those who want to either dip their toes into that experience, or get a gaming keyboard that isn't a pricey or loud as a fully-blown mechanical, the Razer Cynosa Chroma range is a pretty good option...

  • Gorgeous RGB, Solid build quality, Keys feel good, Soft touch keycaps, Razer Synapse 3.0 software has improved remarkably, Spill resistant design, 1000Hz ultrapolling
  • Arguably still pricey, Mechanical still feels better, No N-key rollover
  • There's no doubt that Razer are known for their relatively expensive, yet well designed and manufactured products, with the Razer Cynosa being no different. The keyboard feels very premium with a solid build quality. The soft touch coating on the keys and...
