It's advertised on the packaging that syncing is simple with the USB interface. This is true, but you have to use the standard cord that you get with your device from Apple. I would have liked to see a standard USB port on the back of the dock. That way, you could use a regular USB cable and not the cord that comes with the device from Apple.
