  • Top-notch security, with 256-bit AES hardware encryption in Cipher-Block Chaining mode. Includes software for secure Web browsing and password management. Ruggedized construction is tamper-resistant and tamper-evident.
  • Very expensive. Secure Web-browsing is slow
  • The IronKey Personal S250 is the latest USB drive to feature IronKey's industry leading encryption, but the best security comes at a steep price....

  • Selfdestructs if password attempts fail, Erases data if casing is breached, Improved password manager software, Anonymous web browsing
  • Overkill for most users, Expensive, Anonymous browsing feature can slow web access, Not USB 3.0 compatible

  • Build quality aside, the IronKey Personal is an impressive piece of portable storage with capacities up to 8GB. Its security looks bullet-proof – but beware of bricking it with repeated wrong passwords....

  • Rugged, durable construction, Excellent transfer speed (equal to or better than anything I had on hand), Ability to use portable applications (not U3, but similar functionality), Onboard web browser functionality works well for automatically storing/en...
  • More expensive than most flash drives, Password Manager interface needs more manual interaction for adding/deleting credentials if they cannot be autopopulated, Crossplatform features still need some work

  • Virtually indestructible, Tamper proof water proof, Truly secures your data
  • Not compatible with new FireFox yet, Not very fast
  • The IronKey is a USB Drive yes, but it’s probably the most unique USB drive out there today, in that it’s features rival that of the military and what they use to protect their own data. You too can have protection like that for your own data...

  • Extremely durable. Meets military specifications (encrypted storage also meets military specifications). Secure anonymous browsing, password management. Self-destructs on tampering. Secure backup/restore of contents.
  • Password manager could be more flexible. Form-filler is limited compared with the competition. Password generator doesnt handle password policies. Secure browsing slows downloading.
  • This super-secure USB flash drive meets military specifications physically and cryptographically, and it includes handy applications for secure browsing and password management....

  • Solid build and superb level of protection and controll; secure browser feature,
  • A little expensive for those with 'casual' security concerns.
  • For those looking for a secure and versatile device to store sensitive data on and carry around, we think IronKey's solution is one of the best yet. It ticks all the boxes in terms of combating modern threats and offers complete peace of mind, even if ...
