  • Accurate GPS tracker, Long battery life, Waterproof
  • Bulky watch face, No Bluetooth, Indoor running only possible with foot pod
  • The $139 Garmin Forerunner 15 is an affordable GPS running-watch as well as a decent activity tracker, but we wish it offered Bluetooth syncing. Garmin wants to put its GPS technology on everyone's wrists. The $139 Forerunner 15 is one of the c...

  • The Forerunner 15 has both a GPS and a pedometer. It also includes an always-on display with a backlight, long battery life, a waterproof design, and is compatible with wireless heart-rate monitors
  • The lack of Bluetooth makes syncing to your computer and mobile device a real nightmare. The design isn't all that fashionable and may be a bit bulky for some work environments
  • Its lack of Bluetooth notwithstanding, the affordable Garmin Forerunner 15 is otherwise a great health tracking wristwatch for runners....

  • GPS functionality, Lightweight and rugged, Good info via Garmin Connect
  • No Bluetooth functionality, Heart-rate monitor requires an add-on, Aesthetic
  • At $169, the Forerunner is on the low-end of the GPS-enabled fitness tracker spectrum, but that price comes with a few sacrifices...

  • Abstract:  Garmin is a leader in the world of mobile GPS and runners know them well. As we hit the summer months and people look to get into shape and enjoy the weather outside, I wanted to take a couple new devices for a spin.Garmin recently announced one of the fi...

  • Long battery life, Fair price, considering the feature set, Includes step tracking, allowing it to double as a basic fitness tracker, Compatible with heart rate monitors, Waterproof
  • No wireless syncing, Doesn't automatically track sleep, App doesn't offer much motivation, Because it's more of a running watch than fitness tracker, you won't necessarily want to wear it every day
  • I'll admit, after testing the Forerunner 15, I was tempted to return the pricier Forerunner 220 I recently purchased and get this instead. If you're like me -- a runner who also wants to track activity between workouts -- the 15 is a compelling choice. It...

  • It's funny, I find that in general (no matter the brand) the products with the fewest features tend to do the best in my reviews. Likely because those product teams can really nail those features and ensure they ‘just work'. The more complex the product t...

  • Great design, fantastic accuracy, useful fitness tracking, support for ANT+ sensors, super light-weight, perfect fit, great price, easy readability and controls, great choices in features
  • lack of wireless sync
  • The Garmin FR-10 provided a great entry-level GPS watch which I heartily recommended. The FR-15 improves on the FR-10 in every appreciable way, with better battery life, fitness tracking and support for ANT+ wireless sensors. The Garmin Express app and s...

  • Expertly designed runner's watch. Great price. Includes step tracking for daily activity monitoring. Clear display. Long battery life, and rechargeable. Includes GPS. Waterproof up to 50m. Simple navigation. Rich data analysis via website. Optional heart
  • Overtly sporty design means you might not want to wear it 24/7. Doesn't track sleep. Can't sync directly with phones
  • Garmin is one seriously trusted name among data-loving athletes, and its Forerunner 15 is the best hybrid sports watch-activity tracker we've tested. The price is right, too....

  • Low price for a GPS running watch, Rapid and accurate GPS, Garmin Connect offers DEEP analysis, Good battery life
  • No Bluetooth means no mobile sync, Fairly flimsy build and basic screen, Polar M400 is almost as cheap, even better
  • For a lot of runners - newcomers and those on a budget - this will be a really great choice. It's not flash but it does have a lot of power for its price...
