  • World's first fanless digital PSU
  • Make sure that your case offers the right screw holes for the intended configuration. The other issue is with the Modular rails for the main connectors are all the way to the left

  • The Enermax Digifanless offers high performance and lots of features, but the high price tag greatly reduces the PSUs price/performance ratio. It is however, the first digital passive PSU available on the market, so there are no alternatives at the mo...

  • software works well, excellent voltage stability, excellent ripple control, good looking modular cables, tons of goodies
  • 220 is a bit much for a 550 watt unit in 2015 regardless of software, sleeving, or extra goodies
  • The Enermax Digifanless 550 watt unit turned out to be quite the fantastic little unit. Everything about its performance was excellent, and thanks to those individually sleeved cables it looks amazing. It's just too bad that the price competes with fanned...

  • The main advantage of passive power supplies is supposed to be their lack of noise, but our tests show different results. With a single exception, none of the passive power supplies are immeasurably quiet at a load of 100W. In fact, most models produce mo...

  • Unfortunately in this test most of the power supplies that we can recommend have a capacity of 550 watt. Between the 350 and 500 watt the offers are a lot less impressive, both in terms of quantity as well as quality. The problem seems to be that for th...

  • None, Neutral, It is expensive, but you really do get a lot in return for your investment, “The Enermax DIGIMAXFANLESS is without a doubt one of the best power supplies we’ve ever tested. It’s completely silent, looks superb, comes with braided cables and
  • As I was saying at the start of this review, it's rare I find a PSU particularly exciting. Of course, I love a good quality unit as much as the next person, but it was immediately apparent that the DIGIFANLESS was something truly special. From the moment...

  • Fantastic looking power supply, fanless, therefore silent (didn't exhibit coil whine either), handled a sustained 600Watt load for a long time, software implementation is interesting, individually sleeved cables, fully modular
  • It is expensive, UK price is likely to be similar to many leading 1000W units.
  • The last time we reviewed a passively cooled power supply was almost 3 years ago. It was the Seasonic Platinum Fanless 520W model, a stellar power supply which walked away with our highest award. The enthusiast audience demanding lower noise levels is inc...
