Allows you to keep writing using traditional means, Digital archival of notes, OCR your hand written notes( will depend on your chicken scrawl :) )
Clip on receiver weak, No choice of pen tips or colour, Will not work on top bound books or notepads, Mouse mode only works on single monitor, Mouse mode is a bit disconcerting (mental/visual disconnect between screen, paper, receiver for me at least )
