Impressive audio and video quality. Solid build. Eliminating analog connectors and processors reduces complexity and, theoretically, the possibility of interference. Disc playback resumes after powering off.
As laggy at loading discs as most other Bluray players. Overly large, badly balanced remote control. Unit is relatively slow to pick up on remote control commands. A thousand bucks can buy some pretty nice speakers or go a long way toward a TV instead.
