  • As far as I’m concerned, the PSU’s most impressive feature is its ability to maintain the amperage on each power rail, especially the 12V, at 100% load and beyond. In fact, it seems like the PSU is built with quality of output over quantity achieving...

  • Abstract:  With that said, it's not the PSU I'd go out and buy with my own money. That would be Corsair's HX750W, which rings in $20 cheaper than the Seasonic yet offers an additional two years of warranty coverage. The HX750W's performance is comparable to that of..

  • Abstract:  Video Review: Corsair HX line of power supplies are currently available in a number of watts; 450, 520, 620, 750, 850 & 1000. The Corsair HX750W Power Supply is considered a higher end model and the results certainly validate that. The approximate maximum peek output of the 3.3/5v rail is 150 watts and the 12v is 744 watts. For most setups the HX750 will do the trick, even some higher end gaming rigs. Watch the video to find out more...

  • To cut a long story short, the HX750w is every bit as good as it's bigger brother the HX850w. Throughout the testing the voltage and efficiency results were so uncannily similar that if not for the MAX load results topping out at 913w (vs 1084w on the HX...

  • SATA connectors galore, Expensive for 750W, SEVEN YEAR warranty
  • Not as stable as predecessor, Velvet bag isnt really necessary
  • Lets talk efficiency for a moment. The HX 750W is certified 80PLUS Silver. This means that it has minimum 88% efficiency at 20% load. Corsair boasts that the unit is 90% efficient at 50% load. However, these rating are done at 230V @ 50Hz. The Americ...

  • Corsair HX750W is an impressive power supply, being to this date one of the power supplies with the highest efficiency that we’ve tested to date, easily beating all other 750 W power supplies we’ve tested, including those also based on a DC-DC...

  • The Corsair HX 750 proved itself to be a true workhorse with the ability to handle anything we could put in front of it. It also performed admirably when it comes to quiet operation thanks to the dual ball bear fan. We also want to give Corsair high ...

  • How Much Does it Cost? The chassis we used is the Corsair 500D, which is available for £127.95 - £199.99 depending on the version. However, that's not what you came to this review for. The HX 750 80 Plus Platinum PSU can be picked up for just £134.99. Furt...

  • Abstract:  The Corsair HX750 supply is a performance unit, featuring ultra silent operation under all conditions. It belongs to Corsair's high-end PSU category and although it lacks the digital interface of the HXi series, it has similar performance (if not better)...
