  • airflowPlenty of drive bays, Lots of big fans (and subsequently good airflow)
  • jeez this thing is heavy, did I mention my computer weighs 50 lbs now?, Dust is very visible on the black case, Power button easy to accidentally press, Conclusion, The Cooler Master Storm Scout is a great case overall. I absolutely agree that it is better suited for LAN parties than the average case, but that doesn’t detract from the case’s use as a stationary desktop either. The sturdy construc

  • Abstract:  Video Review: The Cooler Master Scout Case is very similar to the Sniper and once again feature for feature one of the very best mid-tower cases on the market. With three fans (2x140mm & 1x120mm) it has excellent air circulation, tooless design, quality build, excellent styling, all black, etc. It even comes with an integrated handle at the top. Watch the video to find out more...

  • This is a highly portable case with a tight mid-tower form factor that still provides room for sufficient cooling opportunity. Its a well built gaming chassis that wont fall apart under the pressure of being moved a lot. If you equip your enti...

  • So what do I think of the CM Storm Scout? The included feature list is certainly quite comprehensive for a budget case. The overall design clearly shows that they had gamers in mind. The integrated handle is an especially nice feature for people wh...

  • Build quality of Cooler Master Storm Scout chassis is at top level. Compared to other chassis it performs very well. Only real problem presents small gap between top of the mounted motherboard and top chassis side: just 14mm. This can be a problem if r...

  • If you were to step out right now and pick up a CM Storm Scout you would be returning home with one of the best little cases available. This Scout offers a lot of what the Sniper and 922 also from Coolermaster has. The absolute first thing that made ...

  • Abstract:  Being a huge supporter of Cooler Master and their fantastic parts, I was stoked to try out the CM Storm Scout case. It would mean that I would have to strip my components of my glorious Cooler Master CM690 for a few days. They say separation is good fo...

  • Great Cooling Power (With Option of Even More), Sleek Military Grade Look, LED Toggle Switch (The Included Fans Already Have The Toggle Cable Ready, New LED Fans Would Need To Be Modded), Solid Steel Case, Steel Reinforce Handle, Easy Tool Less Setup
  • Hard to Fit in Some Larger CPU Coolers (i.e. Noctua NHC12P)
  • While not as quite as a proper scout in the field should be, this one still get high marks in performance. Originally when I did the benchmark I found that the temps where on average with most cases that we have tested in the past. With the option of i...

  • Nice looking, No tools needed (only for SSD drive), Stormguard, Good looking, Handle on top
  • A bit smaller than standard, Loud fans
  • Overall though I have to admit that this is a cool case, you can turn of the leds, you have the stormguard which is a cool little feature. On the side window you can mount two fans (120mm) to increase the airflow in the case if its needed. The downside...
