  • The products from Chieftec and Enermax stand out among the half-dozen power supplies we have tested in this review. Both feature handy modular design and meet the 80+Bronze requirements. Their other electrical parameters are good, too, and they are qu...

  • Performance, Number of Connectors, 5 Year Warranty, Price
  • Noise Levels, Not Modular, Rail Stability Could Be Better
  • First of all the reason i did request this particular sample was to see if the rumors I’ve heard over these last months about it not being able to output over 450W with temperatures over 25 degrees Celsius were true and from all our tests we e...

  • slightly better 5V regulation than last time, looks good, lots of connectors
  • out of spec 3.3V ripple, out of spec 5V ripple, efficiency didn't meet 80 Plus certification
  • It's a shame that this unit didn't get here in time for the original GX750 review. Had it arrived in time, I would have tossed it aside, reviewed the better performing sample, and scored it appropriately. Now, I have to sit here and dish out an even lo...

  • appearance, enough cabling to handle anything a 750W unit can power, somewhat shallow depth,
  • cannot handle heat at 750 watts, ripple issues on the 3.3V rail, questionable capacitor quality,
  • Coolermaster has a decent 600 watt unit here. The unit does pretty well for stability and efficiency, doesn't get very loud, and... what? It's a 750 watt unit?Facepalm.Past Coolermaster units have done pretty well here in the lab, and I'm puzzled that ...

  • 80PLUS efficiency, Single 12V rail (60A), Lots of clean, stable power, Very compact, Very quiet, Sleeved cables, Lots of wellorganized connectors, Great look, FiveYear warranty
  • Not modular, Cables may be a bit short for fulltower use
  • Cooler Master's GX 750W has proven itself to be a very capable power supply. With impressive stability, quiet operation, compact design with plenty of connectors and sleeved cabling, this PSU brings a lot to the table and does so with a fairly modest...

  • When it comes to choosing a new power supply, chances are you won't want anything flashy or innovative, preferring instead to purchase a unit that is steady and reliable while also capable of providing enough power and with sufficient connectivity for...

  • Powerful, Price!!, Efficient, Single Rail, Quiet
  • Not Modular
  • Performance: The GX-750W from Cooler Master did amazingly well in our testing. It not only has enough power for even the most power hungry machines; it has no problem consistently providing that power. Not only does it provide sufficient power; its is ...
