Abstract: The Coolermaster Gemin II M4 heatsink measures just 61mm tall, from the base of its exposed copper heatpipes to the tippy tip of its translucent vaneaxial fan. How does manage to squeeze in a fan and enough cooling surface area in a package so thin? ...

Core contact design, Small radiator limits overclocking performance, Compatibility issues with some motherboard heatsinks, Mounting hardware
Building a HTPC or any system in a low profile chassis you always worry about the processor cooling method. It is true that the stock cooler can get the job done but the total heat capacity is extremely low and before long you'll have a huge heat picket o...
While the Cooler Master GeminII M4 resembles the Scythe's Big Shuriken 2, its performance does not. At comparable noise levels, the Big Shuriken 2 beats it handily, with temperature differences in the double digit range. If the M4 had fared any worse,...
Excellent Cooling At Idle and Under Load on Lower Powered Processors, Very Easy and Solid Install, Excellent Build Quality and Finish, Extremely Quiet At All Fan Speeds, 59mm Height Fits In Almost Any Case, Cooling Exceeds Expectations For Size, Excellent Price/Performance Ratio For A Low Profile Cooler,

It’s easy to look at the performance and price and declare the GeminII M4 a solid winner in the HTPC/slim system category. After all, the GeminII M4 did an excellent job of keeping our quad core Athlon nice and cool, keeping pace with a couple of coole...
Even though the Coolermaster GeminII M4 looks gigantic when being assembled on a micro ATX motherboard. In comparison to eg a Thermalright VenomousX it looks more like a little dwarf. Yet it's cooling performance makes the boxed Intel solution blush. ...
So the testing results were good while the CPU was set at stock speeds but went downhill when the overclocked load test was performed. These results were mostly expected. Mixing small/low profile with very quiet cooling normally equals lower performan...
Pretty good temperature control for a low profile heatsink that retails at a little short of RM 100, easy to install, performs silently. Certainly worth your consideration, especially for HTPC or slim systems....
