Sigature B&O sound in a wireless headphone, Very good active noise cancellation, Beautiful industrial design and luxurious materials, Google Assistant onboard
Expensive, No support for the high-res Bluetooth codecs aptX HD or LDAC
The Beoplay H9 marry exquisite design, premium materials, good active noise cancelling, and B&O's signature sound to deliver a flagship headphone worthy of the Danish company's audiophile pedigree...

Abstract: The BeoPlay H9 features large ear cups with adaptive foam cushions wrapped in soft lambskin, and a neckband wrapped in genuine cowhide leather that's meant to age nicely over time. Given the obvious quality of the headphones, we're a little disappointed b...
Abstract: Bang and Olufsen are back with a wireless headphone that boasts active noise cancellation in a new over-ear frame. Get the details on the new model in our BeoPlay H9 In-Depth Review. BeoPlay H8 was received with mostly great reviews - scoring a 4 out of 5...
Abstract: In Dec, I had the opportunity to review some of the best active noise cancelling headphones released this year. The Sony MDR-1000X was a strong contender to the Bose QuietComfort series of headphones which I first reviewed in 2014. After trying the 1000X...

Very comfortable to wear for long periods, great sound that's rich across all frequencies, wide soundstage due to large earcups, subtle noise-cancellation is great
Battery doesn't last for an age, Bluetooth doesn't disengage when idle, expensive, Bluetooth too quiet from smartphones (an EU regulation limit), wind tear is an issue
It would be too easy to criticise the B&O BeoPlay H9 for the high price and the noise-cancellation being too subtle for some. But that would be shortsighted: because the H9 is a killer over-ear headphone.Indeed, these over-ear cans are better than almost...
Overpowering bass, No multipoint pairing, Poor value
In a vacuum, the B&O Beoplay H9 wireless are a great pair of over-ear headphones. They offer exciting bass response, good battery life and excellent build quality and materials. However, when you start comparing the H9 to the competition, the headphones f...
