  • Abstract:  Intel's new thin-and-light notebooks could change the mobile computing if things go as Intel has planned. The new Ultrabook segment is being shown in force at IDF 2011 and we managed to spend some time with an ASUS UX21 Ultrabook that was lightweigh...

  • Extremely pretty, likely to be a subject of envy amongst colleagues and friends alike, Sandforce SSD drive screams, Sound is great for the form factor, All the way up to Core i7 performance
  • Poor keyboard drops letters frequently, Erratic touchpad, Screen has very shallow vertical viewing angles, Rear of the notebook gets very hot under load
  • For so much promise, the ZenBook UX21 falls tragically short at one of the most important factors: human interaction. The touchpad, screen and keyboard make this one product you'll want to pass by — no matter how pretty it is.

  • Abstract:  Product round-up It took a little while for the production lines to get going, but the first few months of 2012 have seen super-slim Ultrabooks completely outnumbering every other type of desktop or laptop PC coming our way. Intel’s tight definition o...

  • The Asus Zenbook UX21E is thinner, lighter and much more fun to use than I thought possible for an 11in notebook. Built to last and to impress, it manages to look amazing and cute at the same time. If the viewing angle on the display had been a few d...
