  • The full-HD, antiglare touchscreen displays brilliant colors with sharp contrast
  • Asus hasn't updated the CPU to the 4th generation of Intel processors
  • The Zenbook U500VZ has earned its place amongst the best ultrabooks. The design gives you the right combination of quality and power. The device has a solid build that won't scratch when you carry it around, a powerful, integrated CPU and GPU processor an...

  • Marvelously thin and light. Bright screen. Nifty AC adapter. VGA and Ethernet dongles and case included.
  • Stiff, non-backlit keyboard. Reflective screen. No memory-card slot. Lethal power button position
  • A mix of ultrabook and ultraportable, the Asus Zenbook UX21E-DH52 is a formidable challenger to the 11-inch MacBook Air....

  • Abstract:  When Intel announced the development of a new, ultraportable platform, which would change the portable PC philosophy from the core, few anticipated the arrival of such devices as ultrabooks. Just as they created the netbook in their time, Intel opted...

  • Zenbook is lightweight and every part of its build feels durable and-well designed, save the one wobbly foot, Screen has decent viewing angles, 20 second startup/instant wake from sleep lives up to expectations, Excellent performance from the internal con
  • Uneven lighting in display, Battery life is lackluster, is resilient even under moderately heavy workloads, Speakers are tinny and with distorted sound at high volumes, Ugly, Trackpad with multitouch is poorly executed, makes us curse violently, out loud,
  • The Asus Zenbook is a worthy premium notebook in many ways. Performance, weight, and form factor are great, the keyboard is fine, and the Zenbook has a sufficient number of ports. Even better, the Zenbook models beat the MacBook Airs on price. The Zen...

  • Highly portable, Strong and fast performance, Gorgeous polished-aluminum case, Superb audio system
  • No memory-card slots, Keyboard a little shallow, and lacks backlighting, Slightly less-than-vivid color reproduction
  • This sleek and modern-looking ultrabook is an impressive, MacBook Air-style thin wonder. It will make an excellent travel companion for anyone demanding power and extreme portability. ...

  • Low weight and slim case, Stiff & high quality aluminum case, Good input devices, Very good application performance, Extremely fast SSD, Very bright screen
  • Few interfaces, Reflective screen, Poor colors, viewing angles, RAM & battery built-in permanently, Short battery life of less than four hours, Very loud during load
  • The Asus Zenbook UX21E-KX008V (RRP 1099€) enters the stage with a bang. The application performance is very good thanks to a fast ADATA SSD. Except for the low gaming performance, users won't notice a difference to a conventional desktop or notebook. Quit...

  • Gorgeous good looks, Exceptional build quality, Light as a 2.4lb feather, Top-shelf ultra-low power components, Solid battery life, Great performance
  • No DVI or HDMI output, No backlit keyboard, Key cap travel is a bit shallow, takes getting use to
  • From one point of view, the Asus Zenbook UX21's closest competitor would be the 11-inch Apple MacBook Air. Looking at specifications and features alone, the UX21 lines up quite nicely versus Apple's offering.  In about the same price range (as our machine...
