Great screen quality with accurate color reproduction, high brightness and absence of PWM, Cool design with beautiful and customizable LED lights, Comfortable keyboard and touchpad, Unmatched storage options in its class or any other of that matter, Excel
Underwhelming CPU performance, Bulky and heavy, We expected at least one SSD in the configuration, instead the Alienware 15 has only one slow 5400rpm HDD
Alienware 15 carries the legacy of its predecessors with great design signature, excellent cooling system and nifty LED lights around the exterior and interior. This notebook also carries the negatives of the previous generations like thick profile and bi...

The highestspec model is a seriously powerful machine capable of 4K gaming. Excellent 15.6inch display. Many configurations are decent value, including the reasonablypowerful entrylevel system.
A little on the large side, with a merely average design and a somewhat loud cooling solution.
Optional graphics amplifier, Input device quality, Up to three storage devices, High-contrast IPS screen, Large wrist rest, Outstanding performance, Moderate temperatures, Recovery on USB flash drive, High-quality chassis, Lush illumination, Decent batter
Unusual keyboard positioning, Somewhat awkward maintenance, Battery not directly accessible, Relatively loud in 3D operation, SSD could be faster, CPU and GPU soldered

Eye-catching design, Numerous customization options, Decent price point
A bit heavy, Dual-core CPU isn't the best pick, Lackluster keyboard and trackpad
Alienware hasn't been the best about pricing competitively over the last few years, but this specific build of the Alienware 15 lines up pretty well with what you get from other manufacturers. The GPU is what gives it value — other systems with a GTX 970...
Superb build quality, 'Gamer' oriented design remains stylish, Excellent performance, High quality screen and keyboard, Good value
Heavy and fairly thick for the performance level, No optical drive, Speakers have fairly weak bass
If you're in the market for a premium 15-inch gaming laptop, and you aren't too concerned about portability, then you'll be hard pushed to find a better system than the Alienware 15....
Abstract: Lisa Gade reviews the 2015 Alienware 15 gaming laptop. For 2015, Dell slimmed down and lightened the Alienware line and has also priced the line more competitively. We look at a fairly high end $1,949 configuration with the 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7-4720HQ qu...

Looks really stylish, especially with the customisable lighting, Performance is fantastic, Great speakers, Outstanding overall quality,
It's obviously hugely expensive,
The Alienware 15 is a superbly designed gaming notebook. Sure, it'll set you back a bunch of cash, but the performance is incredible and the entire thing screams quality...
Expensive AF, Heavy for 15-inches, Mediocre battery life
The Alienware 15 R3 is one of the top contenders in the gaming laptop category and even though it might not be for everyone, it still outperforms many others. The laptop is big, heavy and features powerful specs that can match many desktop gaming PCs. The...
