Registration of personal details

Your personal details are stored electronically and are treated with the highest possible security. Testseek can not be held responsible if security fails and your personal details are stolen. Testseek will not sell or give your personal details to any third party. Testseek reserves the rights to use individual personal details if it is required by any applicable law.

Newsletter and emails to members

Testseek reserve the rights to send newsletters and information to members that have accepted this.

Testseek availability and functionality

Testseek is online 24 hours per day and all year around. Disturbances may occur due to maintanance or other reasons. Testseek do not guarante any availability or functionality of our service. Testseek can not be held responsible for any damage, caused for the user in connection to our service.

Responsability for content

Testseek can not be held responsible for any content other than content producted directly by an employee of Testseek.

Image and textual rights

The creator of any content at TestSeek will remain the main owner of the content. This includes text, video, audio and images. TestSeek may however use this content in any way Testseek pleases, this includes sharing with partners and marketing of the TestSeek service.

Applicable law

The agreement between Testseek and the user is controlled by International law. All eventual disagreements will be solved in The Netherlands courts.
