The Panasonic G30 is very similar to the GT30, except it doesn't have support for 3D. Once you're in THX mode, the picture quality is good, with accurate colour reproduction and high contrast ratios making it the ideal choice for Home Cinema fans....

As a mid range flat panel offering, the TX-P42G30 is hard to fault and is just about the most sensible buy for the price. If however, you watch a lot of TV in a bright environment then an upgrade to the GT30 or higher with its Infinite Black Pro screen...
