Sounds an alarm when laptop is moved or unplugged, optionally when thief tries to steal data. Laptop sounds a siren alarm; Cicada device beeps. Can arm automatically after idle time.
Thief can suppress siren by muting laptop or plugging in headphone jack. Device's alarm beep isn't alarming. Tech-genius thief could disable essential driver. No protection unless laptop is running. Expensive
