  • The SanDisk Sansa Connect has a high-quality design, a lovely, user-friendly interface, and good audio quality; it offers desirable features such as a MicroSD card expansion slot and a built-in external speaker for sharing tunes. The Connect is also Wi...
  • The Connect cannot communicate wirelessly with your PC; it also cant get past certain open Wi-Fi networks "Terms and conditions" pages (yet), and a few private networks may cause issues. The observed Wi-Fi battery life is not impressive.
  • The Sansa Connect is a nicely designed player with desirable features and advanced wireless technology, making it a great choice for early adopters and Yahoo Music Unlimited subscribers. With a bit of tweaking to the integrated Wi-Fi, this device could...

  • Downloads songs over WiFi, Nice color screen
  • Slightly sluggish interface, Expensive
  • SanDisks networked wonder does a fine job of wedding Wi-Fi capabilities to a solid MP3 player.

  • Built-in Wi-Fi, Excellent integration with Yahoo Music and LAUNCHcast Radio, Intuitive interface and controls, microSD expansion, Good accessory bundle
  • Subpar battery life, Short Wi-Fi range, Audible system noise with MP3s
  • SanDisk has entered the Wi-Fi-capable MP3-player battle with the much-anticipated Sansa Connect. This 4GB flash-based player has plenty to offer, thanks to a three-way partnership between SanDisk, Yahoo, and software and service provider Zing. In many ...

  • Uses Wi-Fi to download music. Wirelessly stream photos via Flickr. Plays MP3s. Plays tracks from Rhapsody and other Windows-based services. Easily connects to secure and unsecured Wi-Fi networks. Sleek design. Bright screen. Plays while recharging.
  • No way to search for artists wirelessly. Requires Yahoo! Music Unlimited To Go subscription ($12 monthly) for Wi-Fi downloading. Cant recommend some non-Yahoo! tracks to "friends."
  • If you can stomach the $12 monthly charge for Yahoo! Music Unlimited To Go, the Sansa Connect is a fantastic device. Once you subscribe to the service, you can wirelessly download content onto the flash player, which also provides access to your Flickr...

  • Abstract:  It seems like an obvious idea: with so much music available online, why do you have to tether a media player to a computer to get content? Questions of battery life and copyright protection have dogged OEMs’ attempts to make and sell wireless player...
