  • Fantastic, versatile camera, Cheaper than the Galaxy S21, Powerful and capable phone
  • No microSD support, Screen isn't the best, No charger in the box
  • The Galaxy S21 isn't the star of Samsung's S series in 2021, like we've been used to for most of the past decade, but it's a solid smartphone choice with an impressive camera, powerful internals and great battery life. If you want the best of the best, lo...

  • Rich, smooth display, Solid battery life, Superb all-round camera,
  • No microSD slot, earbuds or charger, Sony rival sounds better,
  • While not offering any notable AV upgrades over the S20, the Samsung Galaxy S21 shuffles the S series along nicely with camera enhancements, aesthetic improvements and some modest functionality boosts. It sacrifices some screen spec, premium build and acc...

  • Improved battery life, Superb performance, Decent software, Nice design
  • Cameras are relatively unchanged, Some downgrades from S20, No charger may irk some
  • On the surface, Samsung has brought better specs - including 5G as standard and the latest Snapdragon 888/Exynos 2100 chip - to the table for less than the asking price of the 4G-only build of last year's Galaxy S20.In actuality, it's prioritised those up...

  • Intriguing design, Substantial performance uplift, Cameras continue to impress
  • No microSD expansion, Charger sold separately
  • Not a huge amount has changed so if you grabbed a Galaxy S20 last year, then you might want to hold onto it for a little while longer. If, however, you're eager to start 2021 with a brand-new handset, either by replacing an out of date model or making the...

  • Slick and colorful hardware, Excellent display, Improved fingerprint sensor, Lower price leads to great value
  • Plastic back on base S21, Not a 2021 flagship camera experience, Galaxy S21+ value disappointing at $1,000
  • Yes, for most people. If you're coming from an older phone and looking to get into the flagship tier without spending a lot of money, you'll find the S21 to be a solid pick. If you have a newer phone, or are looking for the best Samsung has to offer, you...

  • Distinctive design,Waterproofing,Great display
  • No microSD card slot
  • The Samsung Galaxy S21 moves further from the Galaxy S21 Ultra with this latest iteration of device, drawing out more of a distinction than with the S20 models. That sees the Galaxy S21 as inferior, with only a slight reduction in price to offset against the potential subtractions from this flagship phone.

  • Abstract:  While there is absolutely an argument to be made that innovation in the smartphone industry is stagnating, very few can deny that the last few years have ushered in a growing trend of affordable, quality smartphones. While most of the attention is usually...

  • When you boil it down, the Galaxy S21 isn't all that different from the S20. It has the same size screen and the same camera, along with less RAM and a lower resolution. You're also giving up a microSD card slot.Michael Simon/IDGThe Galaxy S21 has a desig...

  • Great display, Unique, fresh design, Decent battery life and performance
  • Unreliable camera software, One UI needs polish (and less ads), A bit pricey for what's on offer
  • "If you're a fan of Samsung devices and upgrading from an older phone, you'll likely enjoy a lot of what the S21 offers"...

  • Abstract:  Whether you're looking for a big or small phone, entry level or top of the line, Android offers options for everyone. And unlike Apple's rigid release cycle, Google's hardware partners unleash a seemingly endless stream of new devices year-round. But ther...
