  • Great screen, Good battery life, Solid performance, Light and portable hybrid design
  • Expensive, Keyboard dock may be too small for some
  • Microsoft's Surface Pro 6 is a light and portable 2-in-1 with a decent display that's ideal for work and streaming...

  • Microsoft hasn't broken any new ground with the Surface Pro 6 unless you consider the quad-core 8th-gen processors to be a breakthrough. They certainly provide a good performance boost, making the cheaper models a more viable choice. It's a shame there are...

  • Both Microsoft and Apple have worked hard to tout the serious work credentials of their premium tablets, but one senses that they mean different things by this. The Windows-based Surface Pro 6 is all about full-fat desktop applications in the conventional...

  • Class-leading design for a 2-in-1, Great screen resolution and brightness, Plenty of power available from such a form factor, Battery improved over previous Intel Core i model
  • Hardly any different to the 2017 version, Still no USB-C port, Keyboard not included, Can get very expensive (to the point a laptop might make more sense)
  • Although the Surface Pro 6 is essentially a soft update of the Surface Pro 5 - with better chipset options and therefore battery life - it's still the best-in-class laptop replacement on the market. And it looks particularly fetching in matte black. No, th...

  • great screen, good battery life, brilliant keyboard (essential additional purchase), microSD card reader, excellent kickstand, Windows Hello, fast but quiet, solid build, easy to carry, USBA
  • no USBC or Thunderbolt 3, less expensive (but still quite expensive), keyboard should be included, only Intel UHD 620 graphics
  • The Surface Pro 6 is the best detachable Windows 10 PC money can buy, except for one glaring error: no USB-C or Thunderbolt 3.It's cheaper, more powerful, lasts longer and is just as well made, portable and easy to carry and live with as last year's model...

  • The Surface Pro 6's jump to new quad-core processors pays off in big performance gains. The new black color option looks cool. Still the best kickstand and keyboard for Windows tablets
  • Be ready to shell out extra for the keyboard cover, stylus and even for the new matte black design. CPU and color aside, it's a very minimal upgrade over the previous version
  • The latest Surface Pro tablet doesn't make any radical design changes, but the performance jump makes it viable as a mainstream performance laptop replacement...

  • Slick black finish, Performance boost, Pen is still brilliant
  • Can be expensive, Type Cover not lap-friendly, Missing some ports
  • If you need a versatile, creative machine with power and stamina, the Surface Pro 6 could be just what you're looking for. It isn't for everybody, though, and you might want to wait for the much-rumoured Apple iPad Pro before you make your decision. Whe...

  • Improved processors, Gorgeous new black color
  • Still no Thunderbolt 3, Type Cover still sold separately
  • The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is all about performance improvements tied with a shiny new color scheme. Beyond that, not much – if anything – has changed...
