  • Bright IPS screen with good contrast, Great viewing angles, Solid construction in spite of plastic materials, Versatile design, Good touchscreen, Sturdy, well-made hinges, Good battery life
  • Very hot under load, Cumbersome as a tablet, Underwhelming GPU performance, Keyboard feedback is weak, No backlit keyboard, Non-removable battery and difficult maintenance, Glossy screen/fingerprints can be a nuisance
  • Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11SThe Yoga 11S is essentially a blend of the Yoga 11 and Yoga 13; it's an attempt to leverage the benefits of both models while keeping the affiliated limitations to a minimum. In some ways, it succeeds with a bright IPS screen, sturd...

  • Same versatile form factor as the larger Yoga 13, Solid input devices, Spacious SSD and ample amount of RAM for the price
  • Last-generation processor means short battery life, Keyboard lacks backlight, No option for higher-resolution screen
  • The Windows 8 version of Lenovo's 11.6-inch Yoga is a smartly designed, well-built convertible ultrabook with a nice keyboard. But its previous-generation CPU results in disappointing battery life. ...

  • Versatile Yoga design in a very compact package. Full Intel Core CPUs, sharp IPS touch screen, very good keyboard
  • Hard to get excited by 3rd gen CPUs, Y series CPU doesn't offer much power savings
  • The Lenovo Yoga 13 was a huge hit, and we can't blame the company for capitalizing on the design by bringing it to smaller and larger models. It's still attractive, wildly versatile and sturdy. You won't sacrifice laptop ergonomics or keyboard quality as...

  • Excellent design and quality, Very light and thin, Record-setting results in power draw, idle noise, and idle temperature, Literally silent at idle, quiet at low, Great value
  • Dim display, Only one USB 3.0 port, Below-average performance
  • The Yoga 11S, like so many other convertibles, tries to combine a decent laptop with a good-enough tablet. And, like the Yoga 13, this smaller sibling is more successful than most. We're still a ways away from a convertible that can rival an iPad or Nex...

  • The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S is a great 11-inch ultraportable touch-screen laptop that also has a flip-around display for tablet and hybrid use
  • Recent 11-inch laptops from Apple and Sony have raised the bar for ultraportables, especially when it comes to battery life. The Yoga 11S needs an upgrade to Intel's latest processors
  • Like the larger 13-inch model, the 11-inch Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S is a useful hybrid that doesn't forget it's a laptop first, but it's stuck with what feels like old hardware for now.

  • 10-point touch screen. Range of convertible positions. Nice IPS panel. Comfortable keyboard. Boots and reacts quickly. HDMI out port.
  • Low battery life. Extra heat venting mars tablet mode. Overly aggressive ambient light sensor. Motion control is gimmicky. No 5GHz WiFi
  • The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S is a versatile touch-enabled convertible laptop/tablet combo. We applaud Lenovo for its innovation, but internal components and battery life in particular leave us asking for more....

  • Flip design allows for multiple use modes, Vibrant, colorful touch display, Comfortable keyboard, Big SSD for the price
  • Power button is hard to locate, Bottom can get hot, Hefty as a tablet
  • Lenovo adds an Intel Core i5 processor and full Windows 8 to the ber-flexible Yoga 11S, transforming it into a legitimate Ultrabook....

  • Extremely portable, Strong hinges, Up to an i7 processor, Starts at just $799, HDMI port, Great touchscreen
  • USB 2.0 not 3.0, Tablet mode leaves keys exposed, No backlit keyboard, No Haswell option
  • If you're in the market for a Windows 8 tablet or laptop you'd be remiss to not check out the Lenovo Yoga 11S. While it currently lacks a Haswell option, it's still plenty fast enough for whatever you want to do, with the exception of hardcore PC gaming....
