  • A polished alternative to the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite and the Nook SimpleTouch with GlowLight, the Kobo Glo's highly customisable display impresses just as much as its handy light....

  • ComfortLight, Sensitive touchscreen, Customisable fonts, EPUB compatibility
  • No emailing of ebooks, No 3G option, Tiny light switch, Slow online store
  • The ComfortLight is perfectly executed at the first time of asking on the Kobo Glo, and makes a great option on an e-reader whose all-round quality and versatility comes at the price of occasionally needing a computer. A top quality reading experience aw...

  • Excellent Screen, Effective edge, lighting, Lightweight, Comfortable & easy to use
  • Attracts fingerprints, Kindle store is still the best
  • The Kobo Glo is an excellent eBook reader. It's solidly-built, has an excellent screen and is consistently easy to use. The touch controls work well, there's plenty of opportunity to customise the reading experience, and battery life is fine too. If we h...

  • eink display, Decent buildquality, MicroSD slot
  • Lack of book titles, Expensive ebooks
  • Kobo Glo is a decent Paperwhite alternative with Epub format support and microSD card slot. But with a lacklustre e-book library compared to Amazon, the company has long way to go before it can be replaced with a Paperwhite....
