  • Abstract:  Beyond the fantastic faux-documentary camera work and film grain of Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, there’s not much substance to be found even if the characters are actually that, characters. The game suffers from the “Zelda Door” contrivance for...

  • A recommendation for Dog Days isn't hard, though it is filled with qualifications. If the story and characters haven't caught your interest yet, or if you're just not interested in crime thrillers, then there's probably not going to be enough in Kane &...

  • Interesting visual style, Satisfying gunplay with weapons that really pack a punch, Multiplayer modes can be a lot of fun.
  • Story mode is only around four hours long, Online modes suffer from noticeable lag, Limited selection of multiplayer modes and maps, Action doesn't take long to get repetitive.
  • This gritty cover-based shooter is better than its predecessor, but as a package, it's light on content....

  • Abstract:  Two steps forward and one step back.I am admittedly a fan of 2007’s Kane & Lynch: Dead Men. I really enjoyed the characters, the innovative online mode and most of all, the locales. When I heard IO was doing a sequel I had high hopes that they would fi...

  • Abstract:  On paper, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men was a great idea. A Michael Mann-inspired game of greed and betrayal, which regrettably fell way short of the mark with a sloppy execution, it could have been so much more, and given Danish developer IO Interactive's en...

  • The action is inspired at times, shaky cam gimmick is unique even if it is nonsensical and a little nauseating
  • A shallow story, unlikeable characters, uneven action
  • Full of unlikeable characters and mindless violence, Dog Days is a grisly mess of a game. It tries hard to be a tense and gritty crime drama, but it lacks the narrative chops to give its two murderous stars any sense of humanity or emotion. So what are yo...

  • Abstract:  After so much speculation on the internet and a variety of impressive trailers, Kane & Lynch 2 Dog Days has finally arrived on PS3, XBox 360 and PC. Although the original title received mixed reviews, the gaming community was split on whether it was a ...

  • Abstract:  A solid action game, but once again, there was potential here for a lot more than we got. Very cinematic, terrific to watch, but fairly ordinary to actually play. Has 'written for the movie version' all over it. Square Enix - Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days ...

  • Well written, very atmospheric, superb story, believable characters, reasonable graphics.
  • Only lasts a few hours, annoyingly temperamental cover system, fairly poor AI.
