  • Gigabyte are new to the mechanical keyboard scene, which is already an incredibly crowded market, however I think that with the Osmium Aivia they have made a very decent first impression. By including features that you're still not finding in modern keybo...

  • Full size means minimal learning curve, Cherry MX Red switches, Blue backlight with variable brightness, 5 Macro Keys, Up-to five profiles, Additional connectivity features
  • Rough plastic exterior, Software needs work
  • So, the GIGABYTE Aivia Osmium is a great performer with a few very interesting features. What does that mean for our overall verdict? We believe that no factor of the Aivia Osmium's hardware can be identified as a weak link - mechanical switches perfor...

  • Straight out of the box it is clear that the Osmium has continued the very high build quality that we have seen from previous Aivia products. The keyboard as a very solid feel to it and has a decent weight for a mechanical keyboard, not to heavy but it fe...

  • Mechanical Cherry MX Red key switches, Lovely finish, Built like a brick, Class-leading connectivity
  • Aggressive rear slope can be uncomfortable, Expensive
  • Gigabyte has done a great job with its Aivia Osmium. It's built like a brick, offers superb adjustable backlighting, high-quality mechanical key switches, the most impressive anti-ghosting we've yet come across on a keyboard, and niceties like USB 3.0 in ...

  • you will know by now that the Gigabyte Aivia Osmium does indeed seem to tick all of the right boxes! The Osmium came very well packaged and presented and the keyboard itself is as good a keyboard as I have ever used. The mechanical Cherry Red switches ...

  • Responsive and quiet keys suited for gaming, Premium design and feel
  • Brightness of logo and Num, Caps, and Scroll Lock keys can not be adjusted, Scroll wheels feel loose and lack the keyboard's overall polish
  • The Aivia Osmium is a great mechanical keyboard that works well during gameplay. However, a few small design niggles keep it from being perfect...

  • Cherry MX Brown Mechanical Switches, AntiGhosting, Extra Ports, 5 Gaming Profiles
  • Heavy, Noisy
  • Like their previous mechanical gaming keyboards, GIGABYTE has done a very great job with the Aivia Osmium. It may not have as many dedicated multimedia keys or even macro keys but it has all the features to get the job done. Of course, the most important...
