  • Unique concept, Interesting combat mechanics, Great use of the PS5 controller's features
  • Side content, while enjoyable, seems arbitrary on normal difficulty, Story is over a bit too quickly
  • Ghostwire: Tokyo is a unique blend of FPS, RPG, and horror with a creative twist on how we approach fighting in an FPS. Despite a few grievances about the length and ambition of the project, it is still a good game, but unfortunately it merely toes the li...

  • Great environmental and sound design, + Combat is easy to understand, + Integrates aspects of Japanese mythology well, + So many cats and dogs to pet
  • Arcade-like elements feel out of place, - Pacing is awful, - Characters have no personality or interesting motivations, - Combat, collecting, and more become repetitive
  • While the first few hours of Ghostwire: Tokyo suck you in with simple combat, great humor, and superb environmental design, the game ultimately runs out of ideas...

  • The budding relationship between Akito and KK carries the story, Unique combat is fantastic once it hits its stride, This haunted Tokyo is a fascinating place to explore, Varied enemy designs that present challenges and are visually interesting
  • Side characters aren't given enough time to develop and the villain is forgettable, Many of the side missions lack depth

  • Shibuya is wonderfully realized, Stylish Kuji-kiri gestures, Tight combat encounters, Inspired enemy designs
  • Limited exploration, Progression feels detached, Unsatisfying stealth, Bland side-quests
  • Within the first two chapters, Ghostwire: Tokyo presents an exciting vision of Shibuya with memorable yōkai and an impressive attention to detail. But so far, this open-world is weighed down by limited exploration, unimaginative progression, and subpar si...

  • Ghostwire Tokyo was meant to be another must-buy killler exclusive for the PS5.But the developers have fallen short on this one.And instead what we get is a competent fighting game, with great visuals but one that doesn't reach the lofty heights of fellow...

  • Fun powers,Often looks great,Can be creepy when it wants to
  • Bizarre graphical options,Takes a while to get going,Can be repetitive
  • Ghotswire Tokyo is an undeniably odd package: a game that looks for all the world like a horror title, but plays far more action-packed than that might sound. In fact, it's much more like the most recent Resident Evil: Village than it is that series when...

  • The main story soon falls into repetition, and its side content is bloated with busywork, but exploring and fighting your way through Tango's eerie, detailed rendition of Shibuya is where Ghostwire: Tokyo shines...

  • Abstract:  After the long wait, Sony finally unveils the new PlayStation 5 for the first time. That said, the console does not look anything like its predecessor but boasts a look that is alienated, different and unique to a point that it can definitely stand out fr...

  • Abstract:  There are an eye-popping amount of games coming out in 2021, and it can be a little hard to sort through all of them. From fun co-op adventures like It Takes Two to blockbuster action titles like Gotham Knights, this is a hard year in gaming to top in ter...

  • Abstract:  In case you missed it, the PlayStation 5 reveal event held earlier today did way more than show us what Sony's next-gen console looked like - it also bombarded fans with tons and tons of game reveals and announcements. Accordingly, it can be somewhat diff...
