  • Abstract:  Digicams with 10x zooms seem to be driving the lower end of the market … and a good thing too, I say.Available in black or silver, this little camera is deceptive, to say the least: built into a shiny, double coated lacquer finish, it is light, easily...

  • Abstract:  This is a very nice looking compact megazoom camera with nice set of features. You get a 27 mm wide angle lens, 10x zoom, three inch LCD, and 12 megapixel super CCD EXR sensor which should guarantee better quality photos than a standard point and shoot...

  • Reliable Auto EXR mode; very good dynamic range and good high-ISO performance in EXR modes; small for having a 10x zoom, wide-angle lens
  • Limited aperture settings, menu systems take some getting used to, two EXR modes use 6-megapixel resolution
  • The Fujifilm FinePix F80EXR is an overall very good compact megazoom for its street price and size, though it's not without compromises.

  • Great image quality. Little noise at low ISOs. Minimal shutter lag. HDMI out.
  • Antiquated user interface. Less zoom than some same-size competitors. HD video capture is 24fps, not 30fps. Proprietary USB port.
  • The pocket-size Fujifilm FinePix F80EXR gives you enough zoom to get close to the action, and it takes some pretty impressive photos, but the user interface on this camera needs a serious overhaul. Buy it now...

  • All in all, I think the F80EXR is a great little compact camera. If you are looking for a pocket camera with a competitive feature set, the F80EXR deserves a serious look. It offers a basic approach to snapshots for those who don’t take things too se...

  • Building on the success of the F70EXR from last year, FujiFilm has released their F80EXR. This new FinePix model carries over most of the advanced options found on the F70EXR, like a powerful 10x optical zoom lens, Real Photo Processor EXR, Pro Low Lig...

  • A 3inch LCD screen makes framing shots and viewing images much easier,
  • The battery life on this digital camera is poor.
  • The Fujifilm FinePix F80EXR is full of basic features for the beginning photographer....

  • Simple to use, looks good, versatile zoom
  • Overly aggressive pixel smoothing
