  • Abstract:  Fallout 3 was a game that got into your blood, even if you resisted it. I hated the game when I first played it. I couldn't see what made the damn thing so great, even though the very concept of it was exactly my kind of thing. Then, one day, it sunk...

  • Nice and familiar gameplay mechanics, immersive side quests, stellar voice acting, it's Fallout

  • VATS system, fantastic leveling system, decent story line, long single player, in general fun.
  • Scripted and surprisingly linear ending, mundane characters and landscape, full of glitches.

  • Fallout New Vegas was lots of fun, but isn't really the major step up from Fallout 3 that I was expecting. I did like the fact that I couldn't predict where the game was leading me, and to all intents and purposes I was free to wander at will. Plenty of p...

  • Abstract:  Name: Genre: Platform: If you were one of the many, many gamers who sunk a large chunk of their lives into Fallout 3, you'll know that it was an experience as gruelling as it was awe-inspiring. Set in a huge, beautifully realised but desolate world,...

  • Vast, open ended and absurdly addictive
  • Bugs, about four songs on the radio stations
  • There's just two months left for something to snatch Game Of The Year from this...

  • Fallout: New Vegas may look similar to its predecessor, and lack a little of its overriding atmosphere, but in return it runs light years ahead in terms of the intelligence of its structure and the sharpness of its writing. Endlessly replayable and unb...
