Abstract: The long awaited sequel to one of the very best games of 2005, F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin simply fails to live up to its pedigree. While it contains most of the superlative elements that made the original famous -- believably reactive A.I. enemies, haun...
Abstract: After hitting a few troubles throughout the development and publishing cycle, the long-awaited sequel to F.E.A.R. has come out, and I am afraid that the game is going to be met with an awkward lukewarm reaction. Don’t get me wrong, F.E.A.R. 2 is by far...
Abstract: F.E.A.R. 2 is a great game that offers an intense single-player experience and a solid multiplayer experience. While the single-player mode might be somewhat linear and maybe a little too short the overall experience is still top notch. You will be sca...

Gameplay might feel like a simple rehash of the original to some; less interesting story.
Monoliths never been a company to play it safe. There was 1998s Shogo, one of the first full-polygon shooters, alternating between on-foot and mecha combat. The No One Lives Forever games took a risky approach by injecting wit into an otherwise no-no...
Abstract: When the original F.E.A.R. hit the PC back in 2005, FPS junkies were caught off guard by the game’s innovative horror elements, adding hallucinatory effects and disturbing images of a demonic little girl that followed players at all times; it was a vi...
