Abstract: Many saw developer Ninja Theory’s first game, the PS3-exclusive Heavenly Sword, as not only a mediocre effort, but a sign that the studio just didn’t have the talent to make great games. I can’t say that I agreed, however, as I found that while Heav...
Abstract: It wasn’t that long ago that I was walking away from the Enslaved: Odyssey to the West booth at E3 with a general feeling of indifference. I couldn’t even muster up a level of disappointment since I had heard nothing of the game prior and had no expect...
Abstract: A compelling adventure that is hard to put down.I had more than my fair share of reservations going into Enslaved. Ninja Theory's previous effort, Heavenly Sword was a bit on the short side and didn't do much to advance the genre. Still to this day tho...

Beautiful art design, engaging story, excellent voice acting; Overall narrative carried by likable, believable characters; Combat is fun, simple, and smartly paced throughout the game; Escorting Trip through dangerous areas is a unique and fresh gameplay challenge.

Even though the classic Chinese novel "Journey to the West" has been relentlessly adapted back and forth across many books, TV shows, and video games, Ninja Theory's Enslaved: Odyssey to the West is an incredibly unique take on the iconic story. Supported...
