  • Abstract:  In the world of Dead Rising 2, there's an activist organization known as CURE that pushes for the humane treatment of the living impaired. If only CURE realized just how much fun it can be to maim, behead, or otherwise massacre hordes of brain-craving ...

  • Clever and brutal weapon combinations, Focused mission structure keeps you moving, Psychopaths have disturbing backstories and offer challenging fights, Tons of hidden secrets to search for, Striving for completion in cooperative play is fun.
  • Long and frequent load times, Controls are not always responsive.
  • The Dead Rising formula proves to be as addictive as ever, and a new cooperative mode and weapon crafting system are great additions to the franchise....

  • Abstract:  For such a hideously disfigured premise, the world has embraced zombies with open arms. Yes my dead readers… err dear readers, we love zombies and once again THQ have returned us to the wonderful universe of Dead Rising. In Dead Rising 2, players take ...

  • In Dawn of the Dead, the zombies are compelled to return to the mall through some kind of instinct - a memory of what they used to do. For a few gamers that might be reason enough to pick up Dead Rising 2, and for a few of those even reason enough to enjo...

  • Lengthy campaign filled with loads of things to do, Combining weapons makes for even more fantastic zombie takedowns, Online multi-player is a great addition, The text at the bottom of the screen is readable this time around
  • Not exactly polished in terms of graphics or sound, Chuck moves incredibly slowly for someone on a countdown, Players may be put of a replay by being dictated by the clock

  • Dear Rising 2 is a great game – when played for ten minutes and wading through zombies with a paddle-saw. When you play it properly though, it falls apart. Frustrating, bloated and slightly stilted – it’s fun, but it’s not great. 7.8/10Print this pageC...

  • Abstract:  What is it about a zombie apocalypse that generates so much excitement in us? Is it the idea that you’ll survive where lesser men have fallen? That you’ll get to start again at zero; all mistakes made in life wiped clean by the rotting arm of your new ...

  • Abstract:  Clowns. I friggin’ hate them. And you know what I hate more than clowns? Psychotic clowns with twin chainsaws. Needless to say, the original Dead Rising was not a great choice for someone with Coulrophobia like myself. But as a professional, I looked a...
