Streams audio via Bluetooth, but includes a dock for iPhones and iPods, as well. Quality audio performance. Doesn't distort at top volumes, and gets quite loud. Works as a speakerphone.
Digital signal processing prevents distortion but manipulates audio. Remote needs to be positioned at a specific angle to work. Some buttons, like Play/Pause, can require multiple taps to respond
The Audyssey Audio Dock is a Bluetooth speaker system with solid overall audio performance, but the digital signal processing in play here to prevent distortion means audiophiles and purists should look elsewhere....
