  • Beautiful cameras, Entirely wireless, 720p quality
  • No mic or speakers, Battery life not great, 30- or 60-day recording costs money
  • The Netgear Arlo is a straightforward camera system, but one that is surprisingly versatile. Because the cameras are wireless, you can put them anywhere. Setup is simple, which is an absolute blessing considering the difficulty that wiring up and installi...

  • Super easy to setup and use, Completely wire-free, Good video quality, even at night,
  • Lack of IFTTT support, No snooze button, Batteries could get expensive,
  • The Arlo Smart Home Security Camera is the first product of its kind that I'd actually buy for myself. While there's been plenty of other wireless home security cameras on the market, Netgear has been the first to get it right. Combining a truly wire-fre...

  • Arlo's 720p video works well whether it's resting on a table near your router or hidden in a tree hundreds of feet away.
  • It doesn't have any audio capabilities and the battery life will vary a lot depending on usage
  • Netgear's Arlo is your answer to un-tethered indoor and outdoor DIY home security -- just make sure you have spare batteries handy....

  • Wirefree, waterproof, easy to position, camera options makes for a versatile system, 7-day cloud video storage free
  • App can be a little volatile, hub is a fairly bulky
  • Netgear Arlo's appeal largely lies its versatility: the range of cameras available means you can establish a system to suit your needs.Whether indoors, outdoors or both, there's appeal in having a system that's wireless and waterproof, as it makes install...

  • Abstract:  You can opt for the one, two (my review unit), three or four camera packages. All the cameras making up these packages are decked out in a white casing and have a sort of squashed eyeball appearance with dimensions of 70 x 40 x 65mm. Along with the camera...

  • These small annoyances aside, however, there's a huge amount to like about the Arlo system. Its battery-powered cameras are more versatile than traditional security camera systems, and both image quality and the level of features are excellent.I particula...
