Gorgeous high-resolution screen, fast A4 processor with lots of RAM, easy-to-use, FaceTime videoconferencing, 5-megapixel camera takes great stills and good HD video, longer battery life than previous iPhones , support for iOS 4 features, including multitasking.
Hand placement can disrupt mobile signals, glass front and back could prove overly fragil, not able to play back HD video to external display.
The tech world has changed in the year between the announcement of the iPhone 3GS and the iPhone 4. In the intervening time, Apple released the iPad, and created a whole new way for people to interact with iOS apps. As someone who has both an iPhone and a...
Some say the iPhone 4 is the best iPhone yet. I'm not so sure. It ought to be, and on paper it certainly is, but in the flesh it isn't. This is Apple's third iPhone design, yet it feels in some ways like its first. Fixes may come, but for now this is ...
Faster interface, multitasking, userfriendly video calling, plus the ability to edit video, plus a better camera, touchscreen and more responsive touchscreen, fabulous highdef screen and the best app store around.

Slick user interface, easy to use video call tool, hi-res screen good for reading text
FaceTime only works with other iPhones, non-removable battery, high SIM-free price, Rating:
The iPhone 4 extends Apple's popular smartphone with a high resolution screen suitable for reading iBooks, video recording, and the FaceTime video call app, plus multi-tasking support. The handset keeps the ease of use that has made the iPhone a hit i...
High resolution screen with great contrast, touch response, intuitive user interface, App Store, HD video play back
Price, odd situation with network reception
While there is space to improve the iPhone, you don't necessarily feel you are missing out. What you have is a device that is an excellent multimedia platform and open to a new generation of unfolding possibilitiesKey specs3.5mm jack, 5 megapixels, Blu...
Sleek and well designed, the iPhone remains the best touchscreen phone that you can buy. We doubt FaceTime will be a big draw, but the excellent quality photos and videos are impressive, as are the new iOS 4 features. If you can afford it, you won't b...
