Abstract: After a week with the largest smartphone in the world, I'm practically smitten. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2, a 5.5″ behemoth, isn't the first phone that I've said that I would replace my iPhone with, but it's at the top of the list now. Why? Because bigger ...
Excellent camera and unique software capabilities because of S Pen and 5.5inch screen.
Large size may be too much for many users to overcome.
The Samsung Galaxy Note II's above average size is both a gift and a hindrance. The fact that a phone could be so large to be considered a tablet means that it has added benefits that most handsets lack, but it also has challenges unique to this phone. Th...

Abstract: I posted my top 5 smartphones for the 2012 holiday season at the beginning of the week and as you can see I put the Samsung Galaxy Note II in 2nd place. If the device wasn't so large I would have put it in first place instead of the iPhone, but it just is...

Gorgeous 5.5-inch display, Powerful processor, Snappy camera, Improved S Pen, Very long battery life
No LTE yet, Pricey, Size makes it a bit unwieldy
Samsung's Galaxy Note II for T-Mobile offers a gorgeous 5.5-inch display, innovative pen features and killer firepower, but you'll pay more versus other carriers.
Massive high-definition screen. Fast quad-core processor. Includes a pressure-sensitive stylus and well-designed note-taking and drawing software. Runs Android 4.1 "Jelly Bean" out of the box. Good call quality. No bloatware. Long battery life.
Very large. A few minor hiccups in gaming performance. Very limited 4G LTE coverage
With a fast quad-core processor, a big, gorgeous display, and features galore, the Samsung Galaxy Note II delivers everything a huge-screen smartphone should....
Abstract: I had very mixed feelings about the original Galaxy Note , Samsung's "phablet" tablet/smartphone tweener, when I tested it last February. It was a bit large for one-handed use, and its apps didn't take advantage of the large screen. In fact, the apps "opt...
Abstract: Taylor takes an in-depth look at the AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II . Save for 4G LTE connectivity, it's packing the same stuff under the hood as the international version - 1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 8-megapixel ca...
