  • This is the first Intel-powered Surface Pro that I actually feel comfortable recommending. Honestly, both the Surface Pro 5 and Surface Pro 6 had outdated CPUs almost immediately. And of course, there was no USB Type-C.My only issue with the Pro 7 is that...

  • USB Type-C is finally here, Intel's 10th gen processors make it a really good device for office use, Solid build, Great thermals
  • Battery life could be improved, Thunderbolt 3 is still missing

  • Abstract:  The Surface Pro 7 is the least exciting device in Microsoft's lineup this year. The Surface Laptop now comes with a 15-inch model, and the Surface Pro X– an entirely new product line– launched with an exciting new edge-to-edge design powered by Microsoft'...

  • higher temporary Turbo Boost performance over last year's model, Core i5 CPU performance on par with last year's Core i7, finally a USB Type-C port with Power Delivery, updated and faster Toshiba NVMe SSD, slightly longer battery life, Wi-Fi 6 comes stan
  • exact same LG Philips IPS display as on the 2017 Surface Pro 5, display could be better calibrated out of the box, high Turbo Boost performance is short-lived, coil whine; electronic noise on our unit, still no Thunderbolt 3 support, slow graphics driver
  • If you're a content owner of a Surface Pro 5 or Surface Pro 6, then there is little reason to upgrade to the Surface Pro 7. It's tough to recommend Microsoft's latest iteration when it offers the exact same display as the two-year old Surface Pro 5 and ro...

  • Keyboard and stylus sold separately, Slow, expensive SSD, Worse battery life than last year's model
  • Microsoft's Surface Pro 7 adds USB-C and 10th Gen CPUs, but those welcome additions come at a cost...

  • This is still the most evolved product in the Surface lineup. Adds Wi-Fi 6 support. Includes both USB-C and USB-A ports. Still the best tablet keyboard anywhere.
  • The design has not evolved significantly over the past two years. The keyboard cover and stylus are sold separately, and are too expensive.
  • This is still the best overall Windows two-in-one tablet, with a great (optional) keyboard and both USB-C and USB-A ports.

  • Quad-core performance is great inside this lightweight tablet, Cool and quiet with quick resume, USB-C, finally
  • Still no Thunderbolt 3, Dated design that looks old next to a Surface Pro X, Lack of built-in LTE / removable SSDs

  • New USB-C port, Powerful performance, Best keyboard cover for a tablet, Solid build,
  • Poor battery life compared to predecessor, Outdated design, Keyboard still comes separate,
  • The Surface Pro 7 ultimately is fine. I guess. It doesn't inspire any excitement. Yes, I was stoked for the introduction of USB-C, but I'm also disappointed it didn't come sooner. The loss in battery life from the previous model is also a major con. It'...
