  • Has Netflix, Solid build quality, Great battery performance, Nice Honeycomb tweaks
  • No USB input, Mediocre display and speakers, Too much bloatware
  • There is one reason to choose the IdeaPad over the other Honeycomb tablets on the market, and that?s Netflix. There are cheaper Honeycomb tablets with similar specs (ASUS Eee Pad Transformer), Honeycomb tablets with better hardware (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10...

  • Solid Android 3.1 performance, Fast 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual Core SoC, Great custom UI tweaks offer additional utility, Screen capture button, Custom File Manager app, Optional keyboard dock, Competitively priced
  • Fewer ports and IO access features, Screen could be a little brighter
  • Performance Analysis:  Performance-wise, there were no real surprises with the Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1.  This tablet is based on NVIDIA's Tegra 2 reference design for Honeycomb, so it performed within a few percentage points of other, similarly configure...

  • Lenovo's IdeaPad K1 packs in all of the best features found in today's modern Honeycomb tablets (upgradeable to Android 4.0) and offers some unique Android optimizations and preloaded apps
  • The design is thick and heavy compared with the latest from Apple and Samsung, not all of the Android tweaks pay off, and the screen isn't as bright as it could be
  • Lenovo plays it safe with the IdeaPad K1, delivering a solid tablet that does little to stand out from the Honeycomb herd.

  • The Lenovo IdeaPad K1 offers some unique features at a $499 price tag for a 32GB tablet that, for some, could make it worth the minor trade-offs. Plus, it does sport competitive specs that yield good performance and excellent battery life. It may not ...

  • Relatively heavySluggish performanceDisplay is occasionally unresponsive
  • The K1's easy-to-use skin and useful apps make it an acceptable option for low-tech types, but geeks will likely demand faster performance and longer battery life....

  • We love the features, build quality and look of the IdeaPad K1. Netflix, still a rarity on Android tablets, is a big plus, but the excessive software bundle, particularly the Arcsoft apps, slow this tablet down and reduce stability. Happily, you can r...

  • Low price, First Honeycomb tablet with Netflix support, Full version of Documents To Go included
  • Buggy behavior, Display issues, Disappointing speakers, Bloatware

  • Innovative interface enhancements, Tons of preloaded software, Stylish design, Good price for 32GB of storage
  • Weak sound, Heavier than some competitors, Occasionally buggy performance, Annoying ads
  • For $499, the IdeaPad K1 offers a strong mix of style, performance, and uniquely compelling enhancements to the Android 3.1 UI. You also get a lot of handy software for your money. Unfortunately, the lackluster speakers and relatively heavy weight are ...
