  • Good 5GHz throughput. Plenty of advanced features. Multiple low-profile LED indicators.
  • Expensive. Huge footprint. Middling file-transfer performance
  • The Asus RT-AC3200 Tri-Band Router is a behemoth of a device that sports a futuristic design and six adjustable antennas. It's a solid 5GHz performer and is loaded with features, but its file-transfer performance could be better, and it's expensive....

  • The Asus RT-AC3200 Tri-Band Wireless Gigabit Route has powerful hardware and good performance. The router has many helpful features, including the ability to keep malware from entering your home network, and it can also work as a powerful VPN/NAS server
  • The router is very expensive. It has a bulky, somewhat impractical design and you can't name clients on the IP reservation list anything other than their MAC address
  • Only those who do a lot of local intensive tasks via Wi-Fi, or who can appreciate the Asus RT-AC3200's excellent feature set, will find this router worth the investment....

  • Abstract:  One of the most common annoyances of modern man is a poorly functioning WiFi connection. Especially now that more and more devices are becoming connected and it only gets busier in the ether, it can do no harm to take a good look at your current equipment...

  • Looking at the results, we see that none of the 11 models score particularly badly in the 5 GHz throughput test while in the same test on 2,4 GHz band the fastest router's speed is twice as high as that of the slowest router. This also applies to the real...

  • Are you looking for an 802.11ac router? Then you'll be able to choose from a plethora of routers, since pretty much all 802.11ac models that have been released since 2012, are still readily available. This does imply that there hasn't been a lot of chan...

  • Decent overall performance, Masses of features, Powerful fast interface
  • Middling speeds, Poor second 5GHz band performance, Only one USB 3.0 port
  • Asus RT-AC3200 – Performance and Verdict As ever when reviewing multi-band routers, it's worth bearing in mind that we test only one band at a time in order to isolate performance for each. While the vision with these routers is that the multiple bands pr...
